Created by Cat Fitzgerald, InnerKi Fitness is a fluid blend of movements from a variety of modalities which he has experienced, trained and mastered over his extensive fitness-industry career. InnerKi Fitness was born from his experiences training Pro and Olympic Athletes looking to rehab after injury and enhance their performance potential.
